These terms govern your use of allsetautomations.com (the “Site”), operated by AllSet Systems Group LLC (“AllSet,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms.

Use of the site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in any way other than through the interface we provide.

Inquiries are not a contract

Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes. Submitting the contact form starts a conversation; it does not create a binding agreement for services. Any engagement for work will be governed by a separate written agreement between you and AllSet.

Intellectual property

The content, branding, and design of the Site are owned by AllSet and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information on it is complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AllSet will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.

SMS/Text messaging terms

AllSet Systems Group LLC operates two separate SMS programs. Opting in to one is never treated as opt-in to the other, and we do not move mobile numbers between them. Messages are transmitted through Twilio solely to deliver them.

Internal messaging program

This program is available only to AllSet employees and contractors. Participants opt in by signing a written consent form that includes their mobile number. Messages are operational and relate to work in progress: task reminders, scheduling updates, deadline alerts, and similar internal notices. Message frequency varies, up to 90 messages per month. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of employment or engagement, and participants may opt out at any time without effect on their employment or contract.

Client and inquiry messaging program

If you submit our contact form, provide a phone number, and check the SMS consent box, you are opting in to receive customer care and conversational text messages from AllSet about your inquiry, project, or account. Message frequency varies, up to 15 messages per month. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program.

Terms applying to both programs

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard rates for messages you send and receive will apply.

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message from that program. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages from that program. Opting out of one program does not opt you out of the other. To rejoin, opt in again through the same method you used originally.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by your carrier, device, or coverage.

No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with or sold to any third parties or lead generators. Information is shared with subcontractors only as needed to transmit messages, host the Site, and deliver email.
